Shipping Info: If you want your package Registered, please leave us a message when purchasing to let us know & add (to the price) an extra €5.50 for both destinations being within or outside Europe - otherwise, Shipping will be by standard mail.
In case one chooses the Registered option, we will forward you the registration number for you to keep track of your package.
Local purchases we deliver/hand ourselves, so no Shipping costs are included. The added price upon purchase is to cover the percentages taken from us from Bandcamp, PayPal + another 2% Tax... this is added on all purchases (local included).
Return Policy: If the item/s purchased are not asked to be Registered, we are not held responsible for any package should it get lost or damaged, as it can never be tracked!
We do not give any refund unless the package is asked to be Registered & we are proven to be held responsible for any damage the item purchased might have.
In the unfortunate case the package (only Registered) is lost or damaged, the local post company should be contacted by the client him/herself.
